e.g. most dangerous are usually banners) defined in your loading list. Mostly for mod authors/advanced users
... and a MWSE-Lua mod to fix these activator references on the fly for players

Perl script requirements:
tes3cmd.exe, tes3cmd_testacti.bat, tes3cmd_testacti.pl must be in Morrowind\Data Files folder
