| Description: Makes the player (and only the player) able to read aloud books, scrolls, signs
, banners and road markers, updated Journal entries, Journal pages, selected
dialog choices, and Daedric text translated from enchanted scrolls.
If you have the skill module installed you will have also a Daedric skill improving
when you read and manage to translate some Daedric scroll text.
