As Linora is apparently gone, I tried keeping up the good work.
- fixed Lockpick/Probes/Shortblade recognition
- fixed possibly sticking sneaking penalty
- changed bashing power formula to factor weapon proficiency
- Blunt weapons and axes are allowed, Bows, Crossbows, Thrown weapons are not
- made configurable from in-game console
