Description: A tes3cmd perl script + batch to generate a lightsfix.esp mod containing:
- all negative lights defined in your current loading list reversed to be normal positive black lights with 16 radius that should work better with MGE-XE per-pixel lighting
- all carriable candle lights having positive duration less than 10 min set to 10 min, other carriable lights with min. positive duration less than 30 min set to 30 min
